How do I place an order?

 

  • Select a Product: Browse our collection and click on the product you're interested in.

  • Choose Your Size: Select your desired size from the available options.

  • Confirm and Pay: Click the "Add to cart" button.

  • Delivery Details: Click on checkout if you have all items needed and you'll be prompted to enter your delivery address.

  • Secure Payment: After providing your delivery information, you will be redirected to a YOCO payment page to complete your purchase.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

Once you've placed your order, we need about a day to process it. After that, delivery typically takes 2-3 days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll know exactly when your new gear is on its way to you!

How do I know whether I should select US or UK sizes?

 

Most shoes in South Africa are listed in UK sizes, and we always use UK sizing on our site. If you're unsure about your size, please refer to our conversion chart for help. This will ensure you find the perfect fit!

Can I track my order ?

 

Absolutely! We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking and waybill details so you can follow your parcel’s journey live—from collection right to your doorstep. Click here for the tracking portal.
